Neutral Loss was formed by the DiPerna brothers quite a few years ago. Jeff on
drums and Jim on guitar and numerous bass players who never seemed to click.
The third member Rick Cerra joined the band in December of 2000 after he and
Jeff had discussed the band's situation over a couple of beers. Rick , an old
guitarist himself, stated that he'd rent a bass and learn a couple of songs, and
see what happens. What happened can only be described as "magic" ! Not only
did Rick possess the ability to learn and play bass guitar, he had a killer voice as
well. Merge that with Jeff's awesome drum work and Jim's scorching guitar
virtuosity and you have one of the best local bands in the area, Check Us Out!!!
