What can we say!! Thanks to all that came to the Casa D' Ice show on the first. Too bad it was a
short show thanks to the North Versailles Police Department. Then again a rock band on a deck
with neighborhood noise issues was probably a bad idea. Special thanks to the "BUS PEOPLE" .
Hopefully all enjoyed themselves. We are at The Royal Place on Saturday night opening for the
Van Halen Tribute band Mean Street. They put on a hell of a show. Come on out and check us
out with Mean Street. The bar is on Rt. 88 just off of Rt. 51 in Overbrook. See ya at the show!!

The Oakmont show has come and gone and we gotta say we had a blast. It was great getting
back out there playing in front of our home crowd. It seemed like it only took a little time to shake
off some of the rust and then we were right back on track. We will be back at the Oakmont in the
end of September so hope you can make it!! Upcoming show on September 1, 2007 at Casa D'
Ice in North Versailles. This is a new venue for us so we hope that you can shoot out there and
check us out. It is right on the corner of Route 48 and Route 30. Blue neon on the roof that you

Last official night of vocals. Onto Jeff to close us out with Black Cloud. After Rick and Jimmy
torturing him it turned out great. At the end of the night Jim was taking our unit home to start
some editing. Cant wait to hear rough mixes next week. There should be pics from the studio
and video forthcoming soon on the site!!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6-12-07
Its time to put up or shut up. First with Jeff doing Crossing The Line. Which he got through quite
well. Rick with Grieve after much discussion about lyrics that we decided that we would stick with
the original lyrics of Grieve. One more song for next week.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6-5- 07
Cant believe that it is June already. Well Rick and Jeff again and we worked on the song 12
which Rick wrote new lyrics to last week. It is now called Creep On You. I have to say that the
new lyrics fit real well with the song which musically is a really good one making the ground work
for a killer song. I guess you guys will be the judge of that!!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5-29-07
Number 5 tonight....Jeff worked on Crossing the Line earlier in the week and we laid it down
along with Rick laying Grieve down. After listening through the them we decided that we would
continue to work on them to get a better feel. So we had some homework to do. Hopefully next
week will be more productive.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5-22-07
Onto song number 4 for the vocals. For those keepin track at home we have Believe, Slain, and
Bury (now called Buried) complete. Time for See Right Through. It was just Rick and Jeff tonight
and after a lot of takes and harmony parts we finished it up. It is probably the mellowist of the
bunch, but we think it kicks ass.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5-15-07
Tonight it was time to lay down Slain which we did actually twice, once with a grunge style and
then a little cleaner. We all decided that the cleaner version was much better. We also laid down
the background vocals to complete the song. 3 down 6 to go.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5-8-07
Time for the Vocals!! Rick started the night off by laying the vocal tracks for Bury. After
discussing some options we came up with the harmonies and changed some of the structure for
the better. We think you are gonna like it
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5-1-07
Well we came in and Jeff had See Right Through, and 12 down before we even walked in. After
we all agreed that it was tight Jeff laid down Black Cloud to complete his drum tracks for the C.D.
Time to start the vocals next week!!!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4-24-07
New Head for the Snare. Well Jeff was ready to lay some more down tonight. He musta been
ready since it only took one take per song. Jeff laid down Crossing The Line and Grieve tonight.
Really tight and solid. We are getting real excited about laying the vocals soon.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4-17-07
We are rolling now! Time for Jeff to do his magic. Throughout the night Jeff laid down
Bury again, Slain, The Queen. We really seem to have him dialed in, cuz it sounds
excellent. The bad part is we had to stop due to his bottom snare head blew out so it
needs replaced. NEXT WEEK!!! By the way we will be posting some pictures and some
video on the site of the recording process so keep checking back.\Also we had Ricks
Cousin Kristin is starting up a my space for the band. It is in its infancy stages THANKS
KRISTIN!! www.myspace.com/neutraloss Check it out!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4-10-07
Finally time for Jeff and the skins!!! We spent most of the night on Mic placement and
dialing the levels to eliminate clipping. After all that was experimented with and
completed Jeff laid down Bury. The drums made a huge difference in pulling the song
together and we can't wait until next week to do more.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4-3-07
See Right Through was listened to and we collectively decided to combine two of
Ricks lines into one. The end result ended up sounding really good and fits the song
very well. Onto the next one which is called Grieve. This one has a classic track feel to
it and a really good lick that Jim came up with. Jim got all of the Guitar parts laid and
added some slide along with his lead. Should sound great in the mix! Jim challenged
Rick to come up with a good line for this one, and his will be done!!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3-31-07
Time for a Saturday!!! Jim laid down all the guitar parts for Black Cloud. This one is
kinda Ac/Dc Hard Rockin Blues that we have alot of fun playing. Rick followed Jim by
laying the Bass down for Black Cloud. Now onto See Right Through. This is our slower
one, but personally I really like the Guitar riff. We will see how it all comes together
with everyone on it. Rick then spent the rest of the day getting the Bass line together.
After several hours Jeff and Rick thought we had something. We will see....
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3-26-07
Figured out what the buzz was in Ricks speaker over the weekend and Rick was able
to repair it. Back to 4 speakers!!! Tonight Rick laid down some bass tracks and we did
further dialing in and tried several different mike positions along with microphones,
direct, etc... The night went quick but we finally think that we have it down .
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3-20-07
G and G studios again. Time for guitar on yet another one. This time Jim pulled out the
talk box and it fits perfectly in the song. Jimmy for the most part once again got all the
parts down and tracked. This includes the "Framptonesque" talk box lead. Rick Also
laid all the Bass down and another one bites the dust.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3-13-07
Tuesday night and we are ready to record!! Jim started the night off with some 12
string action for the rhythm of an as of yet untitled song. Right now we are calling it
"12" . After completing that on to the electrics. Jim got the rhythm and the leads down
and then it was time for some bass. After some messing around with various ways to
record the bass again Rick Got the track laid.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3-6-07
Time to play catch up!!! Jim laid down the guitar tracks for Slain tonight. Sounded great!
We ended up spending most of the night laying the different parts down with the
heavy rhythm and the leads. This ones a little darker than some of our other songs and
we like it.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3-1-07
Wow March is already here!! We are moving along with the C.D. Jimmy and Jeff got the
guitar tracks down for Bury and The Queen last week, so this week Rick was ready to
lay down some Bass!! After having to find a buzz when in drop "d" tuning we found that
we had a blown speaker in Ricks cab so after taking it apart and disconnecting it we
ran it on 3 speakers instead of the 4. Then it was time to dial sound in and then lay
tracks to Bury and The Queen and then the bass tracks for Slain. Jimmy then laid down
the acoustic parts for Slain and it was time to bail. Next week Jimmy will lay down the
Electric parts for Slain and then on to the next one. Talk to ya in a couple!!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1-22-07
Happy New Year!! Hope everyone had a happy and safe holiday. I apologize for slackin
off here. We still are recording and now have 4 songs pretty much complete and ready
for recording. Besides the 4 that we have done we have a few more scratch track to
develop, which should be soon. This C.D. definitely has a bit of an edge to it, and we
are excited about it. Keep checking back. I promise to be better with the updating. We
still are hoping to be back out there in a couple of months. Later!!!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
12-14-2006
Well we are recording again!!! We just started our second C.D. of original songs. As of
now we have one track pretty close to being complete called "Believe". Some of you
may have already heard it since we played it at our last couple of shows. For the
duration of the project we will keep you all updated every week or so with progress of
C.D.,, so keep checking back!! We will post as soon as we are back out again which
hopefully will be in a couple of months. Hopefully absence will make the heart grow
fonder!! See ya soon!!! Rick, Jeff and Jim
